The Greene County Regulators is a Cowboy Action Shooting Club. We are sanctioned by the Single Action Shooting Society and offer Cowboy Action and Wild Bunch Action shooting events. Our members share a common interest in preserving the history of the Old West and competitive shooting using guns of the Old West (or modern replicas thereof) in a safe, fun, family friendly environment.
Our shooting matches are held on the first and third Saturdays of every month at our range called BorderTown in Rogersville, Tennessee. The THIRD Saturday match is a PRACTICE MATCH and is not scored.
We traditionally do not shoot the third Saturday Practice Match each year in December, January and February due to colder temps and low attendance. Our scored matches occur as scheduled. As a rule we shoot scored matches regardless of the weather. We have two stages that allow loading, shooting and unloading under roof. We utilize these to shoot all six stages when the weather is bad. If a match has to be cancelled due to weather created safety issues a notification will be posted here on our ANNOUNCEMENTS page, on our FaceBook page and e-mailed to all members who have registered their e-mail addresses with us.
Scored match fee is $20 for non members and $15 for members. Our Practice match fee is $10 for everyone. Annual club membership fee is $30.
Registration begins at 8:30 and ends at 9:15. There's a brief safety meeting at 9:15 and the matches begin at 9:30.
